In 2000, we built a full size 25 seat Italian Espresso Bar as a Barista Training Center in our Tampa, Fl. showroom. Subsequently, we have trained hundreds of people entering the Specialty Coffee Industry. A few years ago we discovered that many of the people attending our Barista Training, also required additional assistance with equipment selections, designs, layouts, cabinetry, equipment installations, water/softener systems, equipment calibration and use training, as well as menu development.

• Single Sourcing on Equipment Packages - Below market pricing. We can provide everything you will need from sinks to espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders and all your refrigeration needs.
• Layouts and Design - We work with architects and owners to provide functional café designs. We use the latest ergonomically friendly designs to minimize wasted steps and effort.
• Cabinets and Back Bar Designs, manufactured and installed by our own in house cabinet maker. We offer natural woods, laminates, choice of counter tops. Custom furniture, table tops, bars, wine racks, trash and condiment cabinets and custom shelving. We also provide a tear down and remodeling service for existing café’s, coffee shops and small restaurants.
• Equipment Installations - By providing all of your equipment and cabinet designs, we can assure our clients everything will fit correctly the first time. We provide electric power, water and drain layouts, prior to construction to assure all of your equipment can be accommodated.
• Equipment Training, Calibration Training and Daily Owner Maintenance Training - You have made a big investment in your equipment. We provide complete on site training of all your equipment and how to care for it.
• On-site Staff Training - After your equipment is installed, we can provide on-site drink making training, food preparation, up selling and sampling ideas of your entire drink menu. We will share proven marketing concepts on how to get people into your new business.
• Menu Development - Coffee and tea beverage receipts, smoothies, Italian Soda’s, Panani Sandwiches, baked items and retail items. We know what you must do in order to become profitable in the Specialty Coffee Industry and we share that information with our clients.
• Preventative Maintenance Programs - We can custom tailor a PM Program for your equipment with regularly scheduled visits to change water/softener cartridges, perform minor repairs and replace wear items, as recommended by the manufacturers.
